Mercedes Have To Wait

After yesterday's herring in Paris,  Mercedes were found to have broken the rules for having a PRIVATE Pirelli test at the end of the Brcelona GP when everyone had left. The FIA now have to make their own decision if they are going to give a penalty to Mercedes like a one race ban.
